You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of Items for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in New condition.

It must be in the original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.

Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused by shipping will not be accepted.

Powwow Regalia Store covers 100% of the return shipping costs for defective items.
4. Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind)
We accept returns for non-defective products (e.g., wrong size, colour, or change of mind). The item must meet the "New" condition requirements stated above and be returned within the 30-day window.

Return Label: A pre-paid return shipping label is included in your original package. Simply attach the label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier.

6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the same item (e.g., if you need a different size). To start an exchange, use the pre-paid label provided or contact our support team. Exchanges are processed within our standard working days.
