Thank you for shopping at Powwow Regalia Store. We are committed to delivering your regalia and supplies safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Our Working Days: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EST).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) on Friday, or during the weekend, will begin processing on the following Monday (excluding Canadian federal holidays).

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within Canada.

  • Total Delivery Time: Estimated at 4–9 business days (Handling + Transit).

  • Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or extreme weather.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of the shipment being picked up by the carrier.

4. Shipping Territory

Currently, we only ship to addresses within Canada. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time to ensure the secure delivery of our products.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Powwow Regalia Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, as we ship domestically within Canada, most orders will not incur customs fees.

6. Damages & Missing Packages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please contact our support team within 48 hours.
